Can I use Freepik resources to create a product for personal/commercial use as a Premium user?

Yes, you can use Freepik resources to create products both for personal and commercial use!

As a premium member, you don’t need to credit the author when using the resources but please remember to download the licenses!

If you use our resources for commercial ends, please remember that they must be a secondary element of the final design you include in your products.

If you need our resources for personal use (not to sell), it’s permitted to use them as the main elements of the final design you include in your products.

Please remember that the copyright of Freepik resources belongs to its author (Freepik), so you won’t be able to register an image that includes any of our resources.

You must comply with the Terms of Use included in the license document you will obtain with your image as a free user. You are not authorized to commercialize or deliver the original (or modified) AI/PSD/EPS file to anyone; neither may you sub-license, resell or rent any of Freepik's resources.

"The User may use Freepik Content provided that : (i) it does not involve collective use, (ii) the Content is not used in a way that suggests an association or endorsement by Freepik, (iii) the Freepik Content is not used or included in a database or archive in such a way that could prevent or limit future visits or downloads from the Website (iv) they do not resell, assign, transfer or sublicense the Freepik Content or any derivative work from  Freepik resources, (v) they do not use the Freepik Content on printed or electronic items aimed to be resold, where the Freepik Content is the main element (e.g. t-shirts, cups, postcards, mouse pads, calendars, web models or electronic devices), (vi) they do not use the Freepik Content (totally or partially) on any trademark, logo or part of the same, which may be used by any other means to guarantee or to imply a warranty of any product and/or service; and (vii) they do not use the Freepik Content in connection with porn, defamatory or any other illicit or immoral contents."
