How can I use Freepik content as a Free User?

If you want to use Freepik resources as a free user, for personal or commercial projects, you must always credit Freepik by including the attribution line “Designed by Freepik”, which must be clear and visible, somewhere on the printed or digital products you create and a link to placed on the website where you use Freepik images.

You can learn more about how to insert the attribution line correctly this from this article.

As a free user, you can use our content as follows:

  • For personal projects:

You can use our resources for both digital and physical products (your website, business cards, flyers to promote your company, wallpaper to decorate your shop, etc.).

In this case, you can use our resources as the main element of the composition for the products you are creating, or as a secondary element, if you want to include self-made designs or designs from third parties.

Please remember that this refers to personal and not commercial use, that is, not for sale.

  • For commercial projects:

If you want to use our content for commercial purposes, please remember that our resources must be secondary elements on the final composition for the products you create, may these be digital or physical (wedding invitations, T-shirts, mugs, or any other product you are willing to sell). This means that you need to add some self-made designs or designs from third parties and that the image from Freepik cannot be the element with more weight on the composition.

Please remember that you are not allowed to sell, commercialize or give the original (or modified) AI/PSD/EPS file to anyone.
