Yes, we block your submissions. In the cases we consider that the established Freepik quality standards are not met, we may reach the decision to prevent you from uploading new resources to the panel. That is, if after several submissions we detect that the quality of the resources has not improved, we will proceed to block your future submissions.
Before we put this action into effect, we will notify the contributor via email. These are the steps that will be taken:
- First, we will send a notification email to communicate that after the analysis of the submissions of resources to our web we identified that the amount of rejected resources is higher than the amount of published resources, and this is a reason to block the submissions. From this point on, the contributor will have the chance to improve the quality of his/her resources, to prove that higher quality resources can be offered.
- After that, if the contributor doesn’t improve the quality of the resources in the submissions that follow the notification, we will proceed to send another notification email to the contributor about the imminent blocking of submissions of new resources to our web page.
Contributors whose submissions have been blocked will not have the option to upload new resources, send them to be reviewed or have their metadata corrected. Nevertheless, their account will remain active in order to validate the invoices of the incomes that their already published resources might generate.
